It is said to be the most natural, subtle and pleasurable incense in the world. Shoyeido is one of the few incense manufacturers who oversee the entire process from purchasing raw ingredients, hand production, packaging to distribution.

Because it is blended from many natural ingredients and extruded through a mold (with no bamboo core as most other incenses), you can enjoy the pure fragrance with far less smoke than any other type of incense. Each stick is held together by a natural resin derived from a Cypress tree, which acts like a glue when water is added to the recipe.
