When we support a locally owned business we are choosing to keep our community unique and diverse. There are many studies that show the increased benefits of shopping locally, such as keeping more dollars circulating closer to home (three times more actually).

The benefits of organic cotton far outweigh the added cost that goes into producing it. Not only is it better for the earth, it is safer for the farmers, workers, and end consumers (that’s me and hopefully you too!).

Fair Trade is a better way to do business. Through long-term partnerships built on mutual respect, people in developing countries are able to produce and sell their goods under equitable terms. These are sustainable business practices that deserve our support.
